2000 Ram1500 5.2L won't idle withA/C On
I have 2000 ram 1500 with 318. Replaced intake manifold gasket, now the check engine light comes on says TPS have changed it. Wasn't idleing well so checked IAV didn't seem to be working so changed. Now truck runs fine until you turn on A/C won't idle and gives code for TPS. have checked volt is right until A/C is on then the PCM thinks throttle is wide open idles so low it will stall. what could this be other than the computter?

Something wrong with the TPS or the wiring to the TPS. Check for pinched wires. With the key on one wire should have 5 volts, one should be ground. and one is the return back to the computer.
