leak at check valve

Hi
I just replaced the fuel pump in my 1995 gmc jimmy 4.3.
it started up fine, but I noticed a gas leak. after inspection i found
it leaking out the check valve for checking presure. can the valve
be replaced, or do i need to replace the whole nut kit.

The schrader valve can be serviced separately. Looks like a tire valve core but has a fuel rated seal. You might have to get it at your local GM dealer.

You might try to snug it up a little or push down on it a few tmes on it.
But wears saftey glasses the like to squirt gas in the eye ball.

thanks, i already tried to move the valve up and down with a screw driver

i'll call my gm dealer in the morning to get a new valve
