98 park ave ultra heater problems

Hi I have a 98 p.a. ultra the controll panel in the dash only reads cf in the lower rt. corner. there is a steady flow of hot air on the windshield but no blower and nothing works on the controll panel. we have replaced all the fuses. now what?

This particular car will need a climate control scan at the dealer to tell what the problem is. Too many possibilities to diagnose here.

Thanks. another ? The power steering pump froze breaking the belt and breaking one of the pully arms. (we replaced the pully arm) when it froze I lost the heater could this have anything to do with this problem? The heater did work fine but the car did develope a high pitched squeal. now there isn't any squeal and there is no heater controls? Just a little more info.
