What is this.
Hello, all.
I was cleaning the car today (Dad gave it to me. It's officially mine, Yay =D) and I found this : http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...r/IMG_0914.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...r/IMG_0915.jpg It slips below the carpet under the passenger seat about 4 inches down. Some sort of socket? Any ideas? Thanks. Have a good weekend everyone.

Do you know for what? The seat has nothing electronic as far as moving it up and down etc. Perhaps it's meant to be a sensor for something?

Some cars have power seats. It isn't cost effective to make a seperate harness for both versions- power vs non-power so even cars that don't have a power seat still have the connector.
