anti theft system/2005 grand prix

help!i went to my car after a football game and noticed my anti theft light wasnt flashing.it was just on.my keyless remote wouldnt work,so i thought my battery was dead.my headlights worked,but no interior lights,except for the radio.anybody knows whats going on?
