1994 740i AC relay location

Hope someone can assist me here.

I have a 94 740i and the AC has not worked since I purchased it. It AC holds compression and when you turn it on inside the car, the engine throttles up like it should be on, just doesn't blow cold air.

I was told it could be the relay is bad but I can't seem to locate it, anyone know where it is?
