Need help with Thread Subscription (Fixed)

Hello

I don't know if this is the right place to post this but I don't receive e-mails on threads any more they just stopped. In my options all the Thread Subscription are set to instant I don't know if anyone else is have this problem.
Or what would have changed.

Any help would be appreciated

check your profile, and see if the email address is still correct. check your email spam filters, you may be subscribed to to many threads, and they are dropping off as they get to the bottom of the list.

I got it fixed now it was my ISP's new spam filter
