01 T and C missing somewhat at idle speed

Limited, 3.8 engine, 73,000 miles.

I feel alittle miss. I start it up seems fine. Put it in reverse with no gas just foot on brake alittle backing up and I start feeling it, sometimes in drive too. It doesn't do it all the time, a couple times here and there. Drive range seems fine. Any help would be great, thanks.

Sounds like one of those little annoyances that makes you wonder whats next right? The list of possible causes is long and could involve anything in the drivetrain. If it's not happening after you apply throttle I wouldn't loose sleep over it.

A trick - wait till its dark, start the van and open the hood. If you see arcing anywhere along the spark plug wires you'll need new wires and need to carefully reroute them so they don't touch any structure. The arc could be your miss. Might try it in reverse.

Not a bad idea for starters, thanks. Was wondering how bad changing the right side plugs are.

Must mean the right side rear plugs. Every DIYers top of the list headache. If I recall correctly on an 01 most get at them from above by removing the intake and/or the wiper tray. On my 96 I get them from below going through the "tunnel" where the exhaust is routed. There are many posts on the subject throughout the forum. Scan through them or try a search with the search function at upper right.

Just looking at it gave me a headache. I took it straight to the dealer. Problem solved with tune-up/plugs wires. Thanks
