90 3.1 wont start

ok here we go. i have a 90 with 3.1. I have spark and fuel pump is putting correct amount of pressure to rail but not starting. I have checked both of these many times. The injectors arent working simple as that. A buddy ran a test on it and with key on it reads Injector ground but went away as he turned it over. I've looked this car over and am stumped. It fires on starting fluid but thats it. Is there any sensors or anything that run the injectors?

If the vehicle has an anti-theft system (VATS), it mi8ght be worth looking into that.

You should also measure the resistance of all the injector coils. If any are less than 11 ohms, they are suspect. Unplug those with lower resistance and see if the engine will start on the remaining injectors. The Multec injectors used in that vintage car are highly prone to insulation failure of the solenoid coils.
