Coolant Fan Problem
CAR OVERHEATS BECAUSE THE FANS WONT TURN ON.
CHANGED RELAY, NOW COULD COMMAND THEM ON WITH SCAN TOOL. CHANGED THERMOSTAT NOW THE MOTOR IS CIRCULATING GOOD. CHANGED TEMP SENSOR NO CHANGE FANS STILL WON'T TURN ON CHANGED FANS DUE TO ALLDATA DIAGNOSTICS - NO CHANGE? ANY IDEAS PLEASE HELP???????

Is it realy overheating or is it just getting hot ?
I'd say you probly have a bad lower intake gasket or head gasket. Here are the operating conditions for the fans... Quote:

Fans didnt turn on at 225 Degrees F, what else do you think?

thet did turn on at 226 and found a huge air pocket in it, seems to be fine now.
