any help with tcc solenoid circuit code??? check engine

Hey guys, I had my check engine code read and it is coming up p0740 which is the torque converter clutch solenoid circuit. I changed the solenoid last week and the tranny shifts good but the code is still there and my check engine still comes on as soon as I start the car. One week it will come on and maybe not for another week(off and on). This week it has been on everyday. I heard of many difft things to do and I did most of them. I was wondering if you guys have any ideas or if you have fixed this problem.

1) I brought a new solenoid cleaned the first sump pan put new fluid
2) I changed the main relay to see if it is a bad signal somehow
3) I had the tranny pan dropped, cleaned, new filter and fluid change, I heard low fluid could be a culprit but nothing
4) checked the dme wire harness to the dme to see if there was a bad contact but it looked fine

I looked at all the connections on both fwd and rear valve bodies and everything was intact. Tranny shifts fine but I want to fix this problem ANy ideas??????????
