Verrrrry slow windows - 2000 TC

Not long ago I got a gem of a 2000 Town Car, less than 30k, garage kept, pristine, so happy with it, but...

The windows move up and down like molasses. Is this normal, or is there something that needs some fixin'?

TIA for any advice!

Thanks for the quick reply.

Is there some easy way to get to the regulators?
