"93 Roadmaster blows fuse

A friend's car has started blowing the #1 15 amp. fuse when he adjusts the left power mirror. I took the panel off and searched for a pinched/cut wire etc. and found nothing. He did have the left mirror side-swiped a few months back that did no major damage but scrape the paint.

You can adjust several times without the fuse blowing and then the next time will. My guess was since this mirror was hit, a problem could be internally with the motor? Now when you switch the position of the power mirror switch to Right it blows also. A bad power mirror switch? A bad LF window motor? Any ideas would be helpful.
