Front End Bounce/Shimmie

My 2002 Suburban just started this front end bounce at highway speeds.
My sense is that it could be a bad shock/strut.

Not being a car guy I would like some input from someone with experience on this issue.

I had the same problem in my CRX several years back. Turns out 2 of the rims were out of round (warped)
