1998 Concorde ABS and Traction control lights

Both lights come on when the doors automatically lock once moving. Shut off engine, restart engine, drive down road, lights turn on again. Pulled all four wheels and checked/cleaned trigger wheels and sensor faces, checked for chafed or broken wires - nothing. Checked for loose connectors - nope. I don't have a scanner capable of reading Chrysler codes and the one I do have says there are none (engine off, not moving, remember). Anyone have this happen and have a pointer or two?
