Re: 77 Mg Midget A/c Question
You could take the roof off..........
It would be far, far easier then trying to retro fit an a/c system.

Re: 77 Mg Midget A/c Question
under the dash unit? Never seen one. Got a link?
If its an electric motor-driven AC system, it won't cause your car to overheat, but it'll definitely put a large drain on your charging system, and old MG's used pathetically small alternators. It will probably kill your battery if left on for too long. Decent output capable AC systems suck a lot of wattage you could probably upgrade your alternator to a GM alternator without too much work/fabrication. Can get those up to 200 amps capable.
