Talking My Tj

So far I know its a 2000 Wrangler SE (built in 99) 2.5L 5spd
2" coil spacers with rancho shocks, and another 2" body lift
30X9.50R15 BFG A/T on stock alloys

The left sway bar link was popping in and out of the socket when I got it, so I took the sway bar, mounts, and links off. No more broken link, no more need for expensive quick-dis

Came with a Kenwood deck installed, and I put a sound bar and stock side steps I got from a older beat up TJ (was being sent to the auction)

Hmmm what else. I got a K&N filter "shoved" into the air box, and I change my oil every 3/3000

Soon to come:

Cherokee front seats installed into rear of TJ
CB Installation into/onto coin tray

Everywhere I go can become an adventure now

Re: My Tj

I take corners slow anyway, and the only time I feel a lot of lean is mountain roads, and when I'm fully loaded. So I go a little slower. I don't feel the vibration and shakes I was told I would on the freeway. And tire pressure is set to 30psi unless loaded.
I also have had no cases of DW, even when i drive 55mph over train tracks. I like bumpy roads and I often will aim for bumps in the roads.

Re: My Tj

Update

Put some fresh rubber on (got a major deal at work)
32X11.50R15 BFG AT now mounted on stock stealies.
4 washers (per side) later and my fronts dont rub the lower control arms.
Ordered a rear track bar relocation bracket to fix the spacer lift issue (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=755576)

Also had to order a radiator. Same old song and dance, plastic + metal = leak. Not too long after replacing a freeze plug. Working on getting the electric fan and relay set up to go with the new all metal radiator.

Seat belts and rear seats are on the back burner for the moment
very tired time for bed.
