I had a question for you honda owners. I have a question about the noises that I have been getting when unjacking my 2000 Civic Si. I was wondering if anyone was getting the same 5 sec humming noise. I'm thinking since I'm letting the car down it may be shaking the gasoline up and causing it to produce more gas pressure. Since it is doing that, the sound I may be hearing is the gas pressure is being released but I'm not sure if that is the case. If anyone can shed some light let me know please. Thanks.

sounds like suspension noise.
do you have stock shock/strut set-up or not. you may be experiencing the recoil sound as the shock absorbers compress. |
