Caravan takes long to start
Hello everyone, i have a 2000 dodge caravan, i have to crank this vehicle for about 5 second or more before it starts. I had is diagnostic done with pathfinder, it gave trouble code 1294, manufacturer control fuel. Someone help me.

In a Haynes manual and several websites P1294 means "Target idle not reached". Forum posts point to the idle air control valve or a vacuum leak.
