Code 41 is an injector code indicating a possible short or open in the fuel injector harness, connector or injector coil.

Used a noid light to check injector drive. Flashes while cranking. compression is equal on all cylinders. New plug wires due to leaking spark. Check engine light on with code 41. Engine misfiring on # 4 cylinder. What kind of resistance should I have across the injector? What else do you suggest?

Fuel injector resistance should be 13 to 16 ohms. Visually inspect injector harness connector and wiring .With engine running wiggle wires and connector and see if check engine light condition changes. Wiggle wires and connector while checking for continuity with meter.

It is most likely the ECU.You have ruled out all the other items associated with DTC 41 condition. Is the engine actually misfiring or is the only symptom the CEL/ DTC 41?
