Window Stuck 98 Regal GS

Hi, my drivers side rear window is stuck up, it won't go down. I have taken the door panel off to look at the motor and it clicks when you hit the up or down button. Since it is making some noise my question is how do I get it unstuck without breaking the window? It won't budge at all. Thanks

Check the voltage at the motor if it is correct try tapping the motor with a small hammer if it closes the window. Check at a junkyard,parts store or dealer for a replacement. Also look closely for something binding or stuck.
The gearboxes go bad some times.
