Toms SC430

Just a little progress:

Decals are almost done, once done wish me luck with TS-13.

SMS decals were used on the wing, gotta say sms carbon fiber decals are one of the best in the business. With a little microsol, they conformed pretty well.

C&C always welcome.

Looks fantastic, nice work.Go light with the TS-13 Clear,I've ruined a few models with it by going too heavy too soon.It would be a great shame for you to ruin this one.

Fully agree with all of that - softly, softly with the TS13

Re: Toms SC430

Cleared but not yet polished.

Dash covered in SMS Carbon fiber.

Once i covered the dash i figured the chasis looked so plain that i'm in the process of covering it all. I ran out of cf. Maybe it will give an advantage next weekend at a show.

Wheels Done, sprayed tamiya primer, light gun metal, silverleaf, clear blue, clear red.

Re: Toms SC430

Really nice work, looks fantastic so far.I'm glad you had good results with the TS-13.It really would have been a great shame to ruin all your hard work with the clearcoat, but it came out well. Are the wheel nuts moulded to the wheel or are they aftermarket items? They look really nice whichever they are.

Re: Toms SC430

Seat is done, scale production pe, studio 27 belt material.

Interior

First Carbon Fiber chasis, not as bad as i expected it to be. Getting used to the way cf decals react to setting solutions.

And of course the teaser shot, will have finished pics tomorrow.
