a/c for this summer

when i operat the air conditioner for 45 minutes , the fan air become slowly.
the fan is working well , becase when i turn the a/c off for 15 min it become very good again .
it looks like the duct is frozen

You need to test the pressures and temp of your A/C system. You might have an overcharge.
