Making a clicking noise on the right front side when I break

My car just started to make a clicking noise when I break at first it was not that loud I had to turn the radio off and really listen to hear it now it has gotton really loud what could it be Help it only makes the noise when I break and it sounds like it is coming from the right front tire side can anyone help me out of first we thought something was loose and we checked but it still makes the noise i have kids and don't like driving with them in it runaround

It could be a list of things from you breaks needing replaced to a tie rod going bad. Noises are something a mechanic needs to hear inorder to better find the problem. I have the same noise but it happens when I turn rather sharp I have pulled my car apart and found that my tie rod end is going bad and ordered a new part hope its in this week lol.... Your best bet if you don't know how to fix it and can't find someone who can help you out take it to a local shop and they will normally drive it and give you their thoughts and prices... Don't let some back yard mechanic try to fix it though if they don't know what they are doing they could do some real damage if they don't put every thing back together right..
