pic of memorial ride for my dad
My dad recently passed away in October of 2006, and on his birthday this year (July 22nd) I got some buddies together for a memorial ride. The first pic was taken with the bikes lined up in front of a friends house that couldn't ride (he had to sell his bike) but hosted the destination get-together at his house. My Fatboy is the dark red one in the back of the photo. The second is with all of us standing by are bikes. There were 2 others (total of 11 bikes and 16 people), but they left before the photos were taken. It was a great time, and honored a great man and motorcyclist.

Hoo-rah. That's a great way to remember someone. It's hard to stay sad when you're riding with friends.
