VCP - no display, and audio panel lights, but does not work

I just bought this van and the video player does work. I can hook headphones directly to the VCP while it's playing and hear audio.

When I hook headphones to the center console unit, I get no audio, and the headphone/speaker button does nothing. I cannot hear the audio over the speakers (even by searching for the radio station it plays on).

When pressing the audio/speaker button I do not see anything display on the radio, even though the manual says it should. I've tried pressing 3/5 together to lock/unlock, but that does nothing. The center console unit lights, but pressing the media button does not toggle any of the selections through. None of them light up.

The LCD screen also does not display the video.

I have pulled that from the ceiling as well as the center console from the floor. All of the connections are secure and there are no burnt fuses in the box.

Any help on this? We're leaving on a trip soon and it would be nice to get it working.
