Re: squeaking noise when turning

Check the condition of your Septintine Belt, and check your Power Steering Fluid level.

Your suspension can also make squeaks and creaks but that's usually in correlation to body movement...
I'm not reading body movement into your post.

BTW.. you shouldn't turn ALL THE WAY to the point where you're stressing the Power Steering system.

Re: squeaking noise when turning

My Septintine Belt is almost new i changed it less than a year ago and the power steering is on level, it only does it when you steer all the way and you put friction on the front suspension. Maybe i need to grease any front end component? any idea is a really loud noise like two metals rubbing with eachother

OK, if not related to steering I'm going to call it a creak.
A loud creak like that, in correlation with body movement could be coming from A Arm Bushings, Sway Bar ends or really bad Ball Joints.

Get under there and have a look.

Re: squeaking noise when turning

Sometimes if the power stering fluid gets low the filled air might be in the system.

Remove the cap on your fluid resevoir the turn the wheel all the way left then right a couple times'

Once the wheel comes to the end as far as it turns each way.

DO NOT HOLD IT THERE.

This will push air out of the system. You might see some bubbles in the fluid from the air that was pushed out.

Similar, perhaps. Today I had to turn very tight to get in a parking place. Ugly grrroooonk metal-against-metal sound. On the flat, going very very slow, no strains other than the super-tight turn. 2000 TC with 31000 miles, well maintained. Ay ay ay.

"Ugly grrroooonk metal-against-metal sound"

That's the sound made when the right front fender of your car scrapes the left rear fender of the parked car!
