90 Jdm Crx quick and cheap upgrades???

I am lookin at getting my husband something 'cheap and easy' to upgrade his stock b16 vtec quickly...any idea's??? the computer is chipped and he has his rev and speed limiter removed...he has a light and fly wheel...

I know if it was me I would rather be asked what I want, then you could get it for me. But an idea that comes to mind if your in a pinch would be something simple, like a cold air intake, or maybe a performance header of some sort. Its hard to find something that actually improves performance, and is really cheap at the same time. If you can't find anything locally..shopping online is likely best and at this point your probably out of time
