03 Neon won't Start
Hit a wash out in the road today, the car bottomed out, still ran fine.
Turned off the car, came back out to start up, it wouldn't crank. I checked the starter, Worked fine when I jumped power to the solenoid and the car ran fine, yet it will not start on its own and the cooling fan doesn't work either. I swapped relays and checked fuses. I do not know where to go from here but maybe to check the neutral safety switch. Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks
