Exclamation Headlight motor issue on an 88 Firebird

I have an 88 Firebird with one headlight (driver's side) that just doesn't come up when I flip the switch. I can hear the motor when I turn the lights off but if I want to actually use my lights, I have to prop the one open...any suggestions, other than buying a new motor?
