Smell like burning plastics when AC is on (96 Villager)

After driving with the A/C on for a while, fume like burning plastics come out from somewhere near the radiator. I also noticed metal pipes (in the front from the passenger side) sweating. There is no problem if I don't have the AC on. What's wrong?
