loss of power 01 1500

i have an 01 1500 with a 318 , plus many engine upgrades intake , msd ignition , etc ... it feels like the motor runs fine but the tranny is slipping that what it feels like. she runs fine most of the time but once and a while it acts like she has no power . anyone have an idea whats going on ? plus no engine or tranny codes are going off !!

Could be a plugged catalytic converter.To confirm this,install a backpressure guage in the O2 sensor' place,the front one.You can a backpressure gauge at any auto parts stores.

change to more abrasive trans fluid
maybe trans is shot
". . . once in awhile" Is it heat related?
