please help!! transmission problem!
My car is acting funny........you know how when you let the brakes go on an automatic, the car moves forward. Well, my car moves a little, but then it sounds like its about to stall out!! When i step on the gas for it to get going, the car revs and takes it a while to take off......just like a manual transmission when you give too much gas and not enough clutch!!! thanks for the help!!

hrmmm first thing, check your transmition fluids. might be low or something.

tps?
mess around with your throttle position sensor. usually they say they eigther work or they dont but really thats not always the case. my 90 has the same prob. but man.... that can be alot of things. torque converters clutch packs slipping? hey your trippin just drive it. toyotas a made drive forever anyway. just let it be!:flash:
