power steering mounting bracket?

k well i got my power steering mounting bracket today for my chevy 350 and i put on the two pieces that mount to the pump BUT theres a third piece that i cant figure out where it goes or how i mount it cuz the left side mount attatches to the water pump and the right side has the adjustable mount on in but no place to bolt it to for adjusting so if u can help me out thanx
