Mercedes-Benz C-Class D2 DTM (update 8/8 - 07)

This is the D2 version and I like it alot so far.. really great kit. If you can get your hands on it I would recommend you to buy it.

I´m getting the Tabac version soon and I´m thinking of opening one of the up. perhaps the Tabac..?

I really like my pictures now.

Re: Mercedes-Benz C-Class D2 DTM

picture looks good, I build this one curbside a while ago as well as the Sonax version. 3 more are waiting to be build. The Promarkt, Daim and Kümmerling versions. Good luck with it, I enjoyed building them. Looking forward to your progress.

Re: Mercedes-Benz C-Class D2 DTM

Time for an update?

I have painted the body TS-17 and I have finished up the wheels and brakes and some other minor things.

So far I have only dryfitted it

How does it look?

I´m really happy with it so far.. the decals were a big pain in the A$$ and I had to use a lot of Micro Sol to make it look good

Looks very good so far. You did a great job with those decals and now I know that everything going to be easy for you. I'm going to follow your WIP, because I have two D2 waiting for me...LOL.

Regards,

Update again then.

All the decals on the body is now put on and the chassis is fully assembled.

Re: Mercedes-Benz C-Class D2 DTM

Looks nicely detailed. What did you use for the wires in the cockpit?
