91 3.1 Lumina Starting Problems

I have a questions hopefully someone will be able to help me. The other day I went out to start my car in the morning and it started fine than after getting to work and needing to leave after just about 10 minutes it would not start, it would crank but not start about 2 hours later I thought I would check it again and it started right up. Confused as to what is going on. I put the code reader on my car as the service engine light came on when I was driving it home and the code reader had a code of 13 (oxygen sensor fault). Could this be causing my car not to start at times or if any one has any ideas as to how to fix this problem I would appreciate it. Thanks

O2 sensor is not the problem here, fuel pressure must be tested and spark checked when the car will not start, basic 1st step diagnostics.
