s/n ratio question
hi, i am looking at amps and i am wondering how big of a role does the s/n ratio play in terms of spl. like i was looking at sundown 1500 and it's s/n is like 87 then there is kicker's zx 1500 which is in the high 0's then there is mtx/s 1501d that is only like 63 s/n so how big of a role does it play.

Re: s/n ratio question
the S/N can vary greatly with the refernce signal. For a sub amp, the S/N number is pretty much useless
