90 shadow won't shut off

my son has a 90 shadow w/2.2 auto. replaced fuel pump. Now, car starts like a champ, but it won't shut off. Turn key off and it keeps running. This is not diesling. It will run until you pull coil wire. Reving engine doesn't help. Replaced ignition switch, still the same. Anyone with any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

look at the relay for the fuel pump. Pull the relay while its running see what happens
