I've got a 1999 Prelude and I'm interested in changing out my headlight bulbs for something a little whiter. I don't want to blow people off the road with my headlights, just something with a touch of the super white look and performance. Anybody got any suggestions? Oh yeah, I'd like to stay legal too. Living in Phoenix, AZ. Thanks in advance.

i would recommend the CATZ galaxy white bulbs. they're bright white with a hint of light purple in them. and from experience, they last longer than any piaa i've had in my ride (just dont' touch the bulb itself). don't know the laws in phoenix, but here in chicago, they're legal; if that's any help to you.
