Please Help me 1995 Ford Contour
my back 2 rear door speakers were dead when i bought it. I bought a set of Pionner 6x8 speakers to replace them, i got the door panel removed and the old speaker out....but the connector in the pionner box dosent connect to the car wire. the speakers i bought are these http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pn...202530,00.html
so now i need to install them, do i need to strip the old connector and sodder it to my new speakers? honestly i dont no what im doing and im 17 and this 1st time i worked on car lol. Please help me

Yes, solder the wires to the metal tabs on the speaker.
