OEM Parts?
I need to replace my shocks, I was wondering if anyone has used OEM products order on line. I found a place called Newtakeoff.com. I just don't want to pay dealership prices or get cheap after market from an auto part store. Please let me know what you think.

Re: OEM Parts?
Welcome to the forums!
You could try www.rockauto.com for A C Delco shocks. I did a quick check (using a 2000 Silverado 1500 as a test vehicle) and found the prices just a few dollars more than the Monroes. I buy quite a bit of parts from them and are very satisfied with their prices and service.

Re: OEM Parts?
You didn't post what your truck is so just a point of advise. Stay away from monroe or gabral. If you want a good shock with out all of the bs then KYB or Bilstien. I like kyb becasue they have a range of good shocks depending on your truck and driving style. I prefer the Mono-Max. Good off-road and load shock, but still a decent ride.
