Lock/Unlock Signal Notification

Hello,

Is there anyway that I can add some kind of turn signal light confirmation to a 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport, for when I lock and unlock it, I know they added this feature in the newer 2001-present minivans, but for some reason the past-2000 generations of the vans didn't have this feature. Do you think adding a relay to the park light wire, triggered by the door lock would do the trick, or is there an easier "plug-in" way?

I have this feature on my 98 grand sport. When I lock or unlock with the remote or locking the doors with the door switch the parking lights will
blink and the horn will sound. I ordered the vehicle with key less entry and had aftermarket security system added. So I don't know if the security system makes the lights blink or if its the factory key less entry system that makes it happen. I looked in the factory service manual and couldn't find any mention of about the lights blinking.

Your aftermarket security system must make the lights blink, because I was reading my manual, and it only says that the horn should chirp when you lock it, and thats about it for the confirmation.
