Blower fan motor in a 2000 se with the 3.8 motor

Have a question on how hard is it to replace the fan blower motor in an above model car. Fan is not working on the lowest setting and vibrates pretty bad on full. Do you have to pull the dash to replace or is it replaceable from under the dash? Thanks in advance

It's replaceable from under the dash. It's a little cramped, but do-able. While you're in there, replace the blower resistor too, it's a common issue on these cars, and will probably fail soon due to the bad motor drawing too many amps.
