Horrible Squeaking Noise

There is an amazingly annoying squeaking noise that comes from the front right of my car, and I don't know what is causing it. At first I thought it was a belt squeak, but it only does it when I'm moving, so that's probably not it. It doesn't sound like a bad cv joint, or at least it doesn't sound like it did when the cv joint in my old car went. It sounds more like metal scratching against metal, so I'm thinking maybe my rotor is warped and rubbing something, except the car doesn't shake when I'm braking like it did when my parents car had a warped front rotor. Anyways I'm kinda stumped, so any help would be nice.

I thought of the brake pads too, but it squeaks when I'm accelerating and coasting too, not just when I'm slowing down. The warning things don't rub all the time do they? I thought they just rubbed when you were slowing down. Now I kinda think it might be a bearing is shot. How hard/expensive is that to replace on your own, or get a shop to do it?

from my experience, the warning things go all the time, not just when slowing down.
