2003 Zx2 Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What's up guys.....I'm new here & very unknowledgable about cars....But I'm all about learnin.

There's acouple things I would like to do to help my Performance....So what would be best to do.

As of right now....This is what I would like to have done.

-New Exhaust System from the Header.
-Cool Air Intake.
-Performance Chip

These 3 things are most important, but I don't know about anything else to help the Performance "HP/GMileage/So on". I'm willing to dish out $2500 to get the materials, but like I said....I don't know where to look and what to look for.

Are there any certain sites that you fellas can direct me to for Performance Parts on a 2003 ZX2, or give me your knowledge so I can learn from you boys.

My 2 buddies and I are doing all the work, so I'm all about Knowledge.
