96 Grand Caravan rear A/C problem

I am having a problem with the rear A/C. It does not start. I checked for power at the rear blower and I do get 13V aprox. I also removed the blower and hooked it up directly to the battery and the blower works fine. I was told that the problem could be with the relay, the problem is that I can not find it. I was told at autozone that the relay is located behind the dash panel, next to the steering column. Removed all covers and still could not find it. There is a junction box with fuses and relays under the dash, but the relay that I got from autozone does not look like anything that was down there. So again I am lost and can not find the relay.

I would really appreciate some help here. Am I going about it all wrong, or could the problem be the relay and just can not find it.

PLEASE HELP....

I have been working on this for some time now and I dont want to take it to the dealer, because it is probably something very easy and they will charge me way to much.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
