Serious wiring problems [1992 SL2]

As stated in the title, I have a 1992 Saturn SL2 TwinCam automactic (power everything). This car has had ALOT of work put into it, but of recent it has had a new Alternater, Starter, and Battery put in.

Problem: My battery won't stay charged. I can jump it and it'll run fine, but if I turn it off and let it sit, the battery completely dies. I have a feeling the problem is the wiring in the car, but I'm not sure exactly what.

History: I've had some seat belt problems, when I purchased the car from a friend, it came with no history. The sunroof, seltbelts, power steering, and windshield misters do not work. But the car ran fine without until of recent.

My concern is the seat belts, which do not slide anymore but still make the noise as if they want to. Also the Lap Belt Indicator on the dash (that tells you to buckle up) will randomly *ding* and flash for no reason at all when driving (even though the all lap belts are buckled).

I've disconnected the radio, that doesnt seem to be the problem.

Between the front seats of the car there is a panel used to roll down all the windows and adjust the side mirrors. Here is where I think the problem is: Somewhere inside this panel there is a very loud clicking noise when the car is not running. Even when the car wont start, it uses whatever "juice" is left to make this noise.

I've turned on/off or open/closed/adjusted everything electical in the car to see if it made the noise go away - but nothing works. Sometimes opening and closing the door will make it stop for a minute (hence why I think seatbelts).

Any input on this at all will help me greatly. I've taken it to 3 mechanics who say "there is nothing wrong" or "they can't find anything" but none of them have actually taken the panel apart and looked or anything. I've come very close to pulling fuses, but I'm so afraid I'll mess up the car even more. Please help me!

what I would try first is with the car running disconnect the battery and turn the lights on if the car stays running the car is charging.

2 if it is charging, charge the battery and unplug all the fuses and see if the battery goes dead. this will help take many of the items out play

3 if the battery stays charged, plug one fuse in at a time and see if the battery goes dead

I am thinking parasitic load and if its a 92, may not be worth getting into it. Parasitic load could be anywhere!

I'd start with finding the clicking relay and disconnect it. It's probably the relay that controls the shoulder belts. You can eliminate the powered shoulder belts by grabbing the belts out of a 95.

Did you put the new battery, starter, and alternator in yourself? If you did, where did you get the parts? Because I've had defective parts from autozone, pepboys, and napa before. Both starter and alternator were defective from autozone before.

I purchased the parts from a family member who runs his own auto shop, so that I could get a better price on them then buying from a store like AutoZone. So as for where I got them, I don't know where. But I'm sure he'd be out of business if his parts didn't work.
