Putty question + pic of new project

So I picked up a tube of "Mr. Putty" from Gunze Sangyo with the intention of filling holes with it. Can anyone tell me if I got the right kind of putty? Also, how long do I have to let it dry before I sand it down?

As promised, here is a pic of what I'm currently working on:

It's Fujimi's Honda Integra Type R kit painted in TS-50 Mica Blue.

mmm....that looks sweet. And that should work for filling little holes, the tube should say how long to wait for it. My tube says wait at least 30 minutes, but I usually let it set for at least an hour, also depending on how thick of layers of putty I did.

Thanks for the compliments guys, but I only got one answer for the putty question!? I assume then that his response was correct.

That's a good idea, but unfortunately the text on the tube is in Japanese and I can't read Japanese.
