95 4Runner V-6 codes 14 and 71

The code descriptions seems pretty cryptic. Where is the best place to begin troubleshooting?

Cat try using the Toyota Service Manuals, there in the 4th Post or Thread thats at the beginning of each 4Runner Forum Page.
There is alot of info there and I'm almost positive I saw your codes and what they were related to in those Service Manuals. I have a 94 4Runner myself and have used those manuals a few times.
There the Fourth Post / Thread Down on every 4Runner Forum Page, just take your time and go through the manuals, the answers are there you just have to take your time and find them.
