Question Clio RN 1992, no "lights on" warning buzzer?

I had this thing for a week. All my previous cars had a warning buzzer if the lights were left on with ignition off and door opened. I thought this was a standard feature every car had, like wheels and a windscreen. Well seems I was wrong, this one does not. So I leave the lights on, and come back to a car with a flat battery. I am a scatterbrain and I find using this car hopeless. On the other hand I am getting good at asking strangers to help start my car...
So the question is: is this something that can be installed on this car? How difficult and what cost? Any suggestions welcome.

In the fuse box under the glove compartment is the warning buzzer for your lights. It may be missing or broken, it is the only white one in there.
